We spent the last week collecting bids from more stump grinders because the guy we had come out a couple weeks ago just didn’t have the right equipment and didn’t get very far. It took him two days to get the stumps down 8″. Last night, Roger from Treescapes (971-235-0674) came by and said he’d finish the job for $375, which is $50 cheaper than the cheapest quote we had so far. Plus, he said he could come by the next day (today). I said “You got a deal” and shook his hand. I love doing that, saying “You got a deal!” and giving a manly handshake. When you’re a homeowner you can do that and people don’t laugh at you. Not to your face, anyway.
